Decorating questions, answered
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date. The date is not secured until the deposit has been received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Can I customize a decorating package?
Absolutely. Packages may be customized to better fit the event vision and needs.
Can I provide inspiration photos?
Yes. Clients are encouraged to upload inspiration photos so we can better understand their vision.
Do you travel?
Yes. We serve Eastern North Carolina and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply based on the event location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
