Catering questions, answered

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your catering date. Deposit amounts vary based on the size and type of the event. The required deposit will be included in the personalized quote. The event date is not secured until the deposit has been received.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due before catering services begin on the day of the event, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

What is the minimum guest count?

Our buffet catering packages require a minimum of 25 guests.

Can I customize my menu?

Absolutely. Clients may customize their menu, and custom menu requests may be accommodated.

What is Drop-Off Catering?

Drop-Off Catering includes delivery of the food only. Setup and onsite service are not included.

What is Buffet Catering Service?

Buffet Catering Service includes professional onsite staff who remain at the event to serve guests.

Do you travel?

Yes. We serve Eastern North Carolina and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply based on the event location.
